About EZeatings

About EZgreetings

Before there is a cure, the only way to avoid an allergic reaction is strict avoidance of offending foods. Many chain restaurants post ingredient information on their websites, and EZeatings has compiled the links to the information provided by chains for over 60 major chains nationwide.
The charitable website www.EZgreetings.org sells $5 email singing grams for 100 occasions — from birthdays to holidays and more. Emily sings and records each singing gram, and all profits, to date more than $5,000, go to food allergy research at Johns Hopkins Children's Center.

About Food Allergies

About Emily Zauzmer

A food allergy is a life-threatening condition that affects 15 million Americans, including 6 million children, and countless others worldwide. For people with anaphylactic food allergies, coming into contact with an offending food via eating, touching, or smelling can trigger an immediate and potentially fatal reaction. There is no cure for food allergies yet, but scientific studies are underway.
Emily Zauzmer is a 16-year-old with lifelong anaphylactic food allergies to tree nuts, peanuts and other legumes, sesame seeds, and some fruits.
Emily created and designed EZgreetings and EZeatings because she wishes not to be a victim of her condition but rather a link to the solution. She considers these initiatives labors of love and is dedicated to managing the EZ Network.
